Got permission to hunt a property where the house was built in 1874. Was searching around the front porch when the owner stepped out to ask if I had found anything. I reported I had found a keyhole frame and showed it to him. I said maybe the key was around too.
Two minutes later I found the key! Nearly 5 inches long it’s a beaut. I love locks and keys and have a massive collection of them. But a skeleton key has avoided me. Until today.
