Found a 1897 IHP today along with 10 memorials, 1 clad nickle and 2 clad dimes. Does anyone know how to clean the IHP? its pretty beat up... the edges are decaying.

KT likes the green patina and would drop it in a flip just as it is!

Nice one - if it's flaking, I would use a toothpick to try and remove some of the crust. Sometimes using water on them makes them look worse.

If you scrub it too hard, you will take the edges (and possibly more) off.
