So after a long vacation that took Amanda and I all across the state of Montana, we finally got back home and picked up the metal detectors. We were super torn as to what machines to buy but ultimately decided on two equinox 600's. Today was the first trip out with them and we did pretty dang well! First target was a 1953 wheatie, then a tungsten carbide ring and then a few more wheaties. Bunch of clad pennies and dimes (no silvers even tho we already pulled two silvers out of this spot so we know they're there lol) and hardly any trash! The ring was in the same hole as a big rusty nail. The other machines never would have picked it up! Definitely satisfied so far!
