What a waste of a beautiful car!

Hmmm, maybe if you fixed all the mechanical issues and just left the ugliness someone would buy it just to say they had one. Lol of course that would mean the owner would lose money.

So the owner was an absentee owner right? Can't imagine how he never checked up on it. Have u guys told the owner?

No matter what, he's going to lose money. It's just how to keep the loss to a minimum. He's not absentee, but not one to check up often on things like this. They pay the money, expect the work to get done and pick it up when it is supposed to be finished. Guys like this don't care about the details or what process has to be used, just getting it done. We've told him it's not in the best shape and he's going to have to come see it before we even touch it. We didn't want to send him pictures, he has to come see this to believe it. And we're not laying a finger on it till he comes, we don't want to be responsible for any of what has been done.
