Not something I found but a fantastic find anyway.

A coin found by a Metal Detectorist in the South of England has fetched a massive £460,000 at Auction.

Wow...what a fantastic find and story!!! Thanks for sharing it with the forum!!
Although not very well informed on British coinage/currency......I can only imagine how long a Dude had to work to earn a six shilling Gold piece in the 1300's!
