Not a kiwi bird. A very badly drawn (carved?) eagle. See the wings on either side? The eagle's beak is badly BADLY carved. Cheap tin ring, either from Cracker Jacks or a gum machine. But yeah, it's an eagle.

I say kiwi bird as well and he is standing on a lion or tiger head. Maybe cheap Boy Scouts or something? Thanks for posting pics I was curious what the ring was in your original thread
Its probably from 40/50 era.. its a toy ring we call them squeezers.. it is a kiwi. its a kids toy ring..
What is funny is the head on that image looks like how you make a shadow duck with your Index, middle finger and thumb

Didn't there used to be a shoe polish called that? Perhaps it's something from them.
