Need Help identifying war button

New to the forum. A detector friend referred me here to help identify a button I found today. Any help would be appreciated. I found it at 1930's school. It says HCHARPER PHILA on the back side.

Heres a little info I found. Says post Civil War, but no specific dates.

Henry C Harper had an Army contract in his name on Aug 14, 1888. Backmark H. C. Harper./Phila. Alberts button # GI-98. This button was used till 1902. Welcome to the forum, HH Jerry
