Does anybody use gps to help keep track of the locations of their finds? If so, which gizmo do you use? All I see in the stores are the type you plug into your car lighter and get maps to destinations. What I'm looking for is something handheld that simply gives you latitude and longitude coordinates when you ask for them. Any suggestions?

try a GARMIN QUEST

https://buy.garmin.com/shop/shop.do?pID=213

It goes in your car with a voice speaker plug or you can take it with you walking around town. It has a rechargeable battery built in and is accurate up to a couple feet. I use mine all the time, even in the online treasure hunting where you get coordinates and have to search for a box that has a journal in it and you basically fill out that you made it to that point. Some have little trinket treasures where you take one and put something new in.

But the Garmin Quest and now I they have a QUest 2.
