Clipped or PMD

I found this in my last box of halves. I believe it is a clipped coin.. What do you think?

If its a clip, the rim of the coin should taper into the clip. It does look like it might be doing that in the edge picture but you should be able to tell with it in hand.
 
Looks like it may have been clipped by a dime die. Is that even possible :cool:'[
Ok someone mentioned Blakesly effect.
 
I dont think its a clipped coin - a clipped coin would have the blakesley effect on the coin 180 degree from the clip.

The effect is characterised by rim weakness directly opposite the missing portion of a clipped planchet error coin. This effect is a result of the rimming process that is used on most coin blanks to form a coin planchet.

I am not seeing this effect on your coin.
therefore I am going to say it is PSD
 
I checked some graded coins f/s on ebay.. Those Ken's didn't show the weakness outlined as the link you provided.. I'll toss it in with my die crack coins.. The grandkids will enjoy having them .. thanks
