Singled this guy out because the photo does it no justice.

Is the reverse the same? Otherwise it is a misaligned die. It's common with dimes and pennies.

Usually you will see you need at least 10% of the coin off to get any premium. But only if both sides are the same.

But it the past I have make a pile of 20 or so examples of cents from misaligned dies and sold them for a small premium in a group.
 
I save my off-center coins too, and you made a GREAT CATCH! Minor off-set strikes may sell for $0.25-1.00, unless the coin has other anomalies. It appears the current market trend is to buy coins that have significant or obvious errors like the coins shown in the attached photos. These coins currently have bids for $5-7.

Cool...do you have a picture of the reverse of the 1977..the one on the left.
