Sad to hear that another one of my favorites is gone . I always enjoyed his films and TV work .

Going miss the Maverick. Usually a good looking Hollywood leading man couldn't be funny, humble,centered and just be an average guy, but he was all that and more.

I'm a big fan of "Support Your Local Sheriff." Oh, and the movie, "Tank".

A huge loss for sure.

Loved this guy...From Maverick to The Rockford files and all his movie roles.
Everyman actor mostly with a tongue in cheek style.
The youngsters around here probably never saw the long run of commercials he did with Mariette Hartley for Polaroid in the 70's.
Extremely popular and funny, many people thought they were married in real life because their chemistry was so good.

Loved all his roles, Space Cowboys is still a favorite.

RIP.

For some reason I thought he passed a few years ago? Wonder if he was going downhill is why they started playing the Rockford files here? Remember having a model of his car from the show

R.I.P. Jimmy. Rockford was Great! I wish that one of the cable stations would start playing that series again.
