I went out into my backyard this afternoon for about an hour. I tried some different settings on the AT pro because there's so much junk in my yard. I found three Lincoln memorial pennies, haven't gotten the date off yet. The stuff in the top left of the first picture all came out of the same 6" wide hole. I also found a rifle casing in my front yard, still need to clean it up. And what I think is a hunk of lead with a hole in it, not sure what the heck it is.

Nice got a couple coins, could be more out there! Whats the rifle cartridge, 30.06?

So I cleaned it up with some baking soda and water and was able to read the head stamp. I'm not much of a gun nut, shoot sometimes but can't identify on the fly. Anyway, looks like it's a .308 or 7.52mm. The stamp reads RG 69 L2A2. So 69 Grains, and it measures consistent for the .308 at just over 2" long.

Oh and the pennies are 1977,1974, and 1986
