1771 Louis XV copper

Dug this today at a new permission. I know its a Louis XV copper from 1771, but having trouble finding out info. Is it rare ? Does anybody know the mint marks and is it a Sol ? Measures 28mm across. Any info would be appreciated.

That's really close ice wing. It measures 28mm across. That is the right mint mark though. Any idea of mint location ?
 
Thats it !! Thanks ice wing. Do you know the mint mark? Its hard to see but the same as the half Sol you posted.
