the title says most of it , I need a metal detector (or similar machine ) to detect artifacts the size of soda can , in around 5 meters depth . i found more than few who claim that their machine can reach 5 , 15 , 18 meters however they do not specify the size of the target , it could be a tank for all i know . after few days search i found that all who claim their product reach above 5 meters talk very vaguely and unscientifically about the size of the supposed targets . I began to wonder if such machines even exist . as an example of such companies is DRS who claim that varies products of theirs reach 15 , 18 and even 50 meters however they do not mention the size of the supposed target . so does anyone know of any machine that can locate a soda can size or around ( 25 CM2 ) target , at 5 meters depth ?
