I'll try to keep this to the point as I know I tend to ramble.
I finally went off the deep end, gave in, and bought myself a CTX3030. There have been quite a lot of good posts and positive feedback about Bart and Big Boys Hobbies and I gotta say, they deserve all of it. Bart answered all my questions on the phone and returned my E-mails promptly. He was friendly and patient. The price was good and the service excellent. The package arrived quickly, in good condition with all items accounted for. The bottom line is he treated me the way I feel I should be treated as a customer and I will likely be a return customer in the future.
Thanks Bart! It was a pleasure. Now, if the learning curve on the machine will just be as smooth.......
