cellar holes still giving up goodies!

went out solo today and hit three different spots, all three had been hit before , but took my time , 6hrs , i did well. dug all deep signals, got my first craotal bell, and my first buffalo nickel 1928 , i found the piece to the bell and repaired it.sometimes it pays to dig the junk signals.the 1865 ih is a little beat but ill take it.the 1941 merc i found on the trail leading to one of the sites.

that's the biggest crotal bell made.too bad it's chipped.i busted a whole big one that size and glued it.came out ok.
nice digs fred!

crotal bells are cool to find , very nice Fred and wtg on finding the missing piece . congrats
