Coin with Bust Facing Right

Found this coin in Louisiana today, I’ve been researching it for the past hour but haven’t had luck on finding out what it is. I’m thinking it’s probably a play coin, since the bust looks a lot like Washington. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!

I am going to say... a medallion. The bust could be a number of coins from a variety of Nations, but without any indication of a date, motto, King or Queen, etc. it just seems to be more like a medallion.

The large cents have stars along the edge, I don't see any in the pictures.
