I'm driving 4 hours to NJ for a full day of hunting. Never been before, but in the forums I sometimes see mention of permits or beach passes or avoiding state owned beaches. Where would I find out exactly what I need to do for the area I want to go? (probably Atlantic city or Ocean City).
