Met up with forum members KScoyote, shoe, and gseuser for one last hunt with shoe before he moves out of state. Everyone found some neat items. The highlight of my hunt was a franklin half. It was at least ten inches down and under a root. I almost gave up on the signal two different times, but in the end persistence paid off. I got my next signal about 20 feet away. It was a deep iffy signal just like the last one, and about 9 or 10 inches down a silver GW popped out. It was a great feeling to pop out back to back big silver.
