Whites Prizm 6T

Hey folks, I have a good friend that wants to get into the metal detecting swing. His wife wants to get him one for Christmas and she is looking at the whites Prizm 6T.I was wondering if anyone has one or used one and what their thoughts were on this rig. Thanks in advance George

It is a fairly recent addition to the White's Prizm line. It features automatic ground balancing, rather than the fixed ground balancing of the earlier Prizms. It uses AA batteries in a pack inside the control box, rather than the more expensive 9V batteries used in the other Prizm.

From what I hear, it is a great performer.

White's had $50 off the III thru V and $100 off the 6T.

As Rudy said above the 6T offers auto ground balance and the others don't. IMHO, if you want a Prizim...get the 6T.
