A tip if you are trying to download the update for the Equinox 800...

I tried to download the update earlier on my Windows 10 desktop. I got a message saying the computer couldn't run the program. After I checked to make sure others had successfully downloaded the update I got back on my desktop and switched to a different web browser. I was using Opera which evidently wasn't compatible. I have also read that Safari may not be compatible. So if you have trouble downloading this update you might try changing web browsers first. I used Vivaldi to download the update and it worked fine.
