Default finally going up to the gold mine

well i'm finally gotten permission again to go up to the gold mine and detect for stuff, i'll post what i find later on

well went up, found some stuff, might go back again but the owner tld me about another mine he owns (buildings decayed to the ground) and told me i'm more than welcome to it. He told me there should be gold and silver coins in the ground someplace as thats what they used back then (he was a kid at the start of the mines working in them)

heres yesterdays stuff, going to his 2nd mine today.... and he keeps mentioning about there being gold and silver coins to be found :P


and yes those are regular pennies, not wheats...
I have found only 2 wheats in my detecting years

Think that's an early Budweiser can but it's hard to see at that angle. A bath in oxalic acid and warm water would likely take off a lot of that rust.
