I have been looking at maps on various sites for research. Has anyone actually ordered the map? If so is the detail any better than what you can see online? Mainly interested in www.historicaerials.com ? thanks

I bought an image from historicaerials.com as a gift for someone (well, I had a high quality print made and framed it) ... I can't remember if the quality is better, but if it is, it's not by much. I wouldn't buy an image if it's just for research purposes... using their online browser works just fine.
