I've been told by many I have to many hobbies, but what the heck do they know!! HHAHAHAHA

Wood working is one of many. Here are a few shots of a rustic table I am working on to donate to our Church for an auction next week.

The top is a scrap piece of support beam. I try to use scrap and free stuff for my projects as much as possible.

Very nice , your Church is lucky to have a craftsman willing to donate his talent . congrats HH

Very nice work !!!!!

I like building stuff too occasionally, but I have to watch out for my tendency to do "Laurel and Hardy" type work

You must have gotten straight A's in high school wood shop ! :goodjob:

Nice work man, i like the style and chunkyness of it! Did you glue or dowel/join the 2X's when you stacked them to make the top?

Looks great should last for a long time. I enjoy doing woodwork also I saw all my number. These are a few logs I was bringing up out of the woods going to saw them tomorrow. These are ash trees as the ash bores are killing them a round here might as well cut them. There are quite a few ash trees with nice logs in them on the farm

Man! There sure is a lot of talent here! Seems we all have this in common, besides metal detecting? We like to build things?

Very nice piece.
You should get yourself a brand with your name, my brother in law has one for his woodworking projects:yes:
