Nice work John. Looks like they all cleaned up nicely.

YIKES!!!! Is that an intact chamber pot??

dumb question, but how do you find old buried bottles if they aren't metal? looks so cool!

dlax, Not a dumb question at all. Usually, you try to find an area that has the potential for old dumps, or look for telltale signs of buried dumps (i.e. glass shards, pieces of pottery, or rusted out graniteware on the surface), or doing a lot of probing. Most dumps also have metal cans or junk so you can use a MD in all-metal mode. I have found 100 year old bottles under houses in the crawlspace, and those clean up great.
