Best pinpointers??

irp........Welcome aboard !   I'm a relative newbie myself; joined
FMD last year and shortly after bought the Ace250 detector.

As to your question, I just noticed you have 29 views to your post, but I'm the first to reply. My guess is you will eventually get
a lot of opinions, leaving you to make the final choice. Everyone
has their favorite and most times price is the deciding factor.
Prices vary widely and you get what you pay for, as with most
things.
Personally, I've decided to make my own pinpointer (See my post
of this evening in this forum, "Building a Pinpoint Probe". As I say
in the post, if this doesn't work out, I'll buy the Wizard Vib-Probe.

When you have the time, search around in the FMD forums for any topics relating to pinpointing, accessories, etc. and start your
own info. log. This, coupled with the replies to your subject post,
will give you confidence in the final choice and you will know why
you made that choice, no matter how it works out

most ppl seem to like the vibraprobe 560
it's water proof and rugged

next would be a bullseyes but can have switch problems
