Went to the "new old" area of the park near me today, intending to clean it out of pull tabs...

66 cents (plus a 1959 nickel) later, I removed 104 pull tabs...

but it was a fun day with a good friend, enjoying the weather and company.

That's the plan....or at least to get some good coins.

I DID get one REALLY strong coin signal...but it's in a tree...as in it appears that the tree grew around a coin. No way to get at it though without hurting the tree, which I can't do....but I REALLY want to know what it is.
