If the ground is soaked from rain does it do anything to signel ? Good,Bad,Nothing ???

It depends on the area.
Soaking rain also seems to increase the negative effect of halos in areas riddled with iron.
Some of my iron infested areas hunt much better when it's dry. I can hear the separation of the ferrous and non-ferrous targets much better. When it's wet the target masking iron halos seem larger and louder.
