Hey all,

Went to an old park in an older, poorer section of town today and found all of the beauties I have attached photos of. I had to back down the sensitivity because of all of the trash here. I’m not certain but I think the neighboring home probably used it as a dump in the past.

The Gun was sticking out of the plug at about 10 inches deep and at first I was reluctant to even touch it. I used the Lesche to ease it out of the hole and then I realized it was a toy. Being that this park isn’t in the nicest of neighborhoods, it wasn’t completely far fetched for it to have been a real gun. Thankfully for me it wasn’t

The list includes a toy gun, a headstamp, a pocket knife, what appears to be a gas valve or maybe an old light switch, a watch fob that is missing its Mother of Pearl inlay, a 1945-P War Nickel and some random clad.

I hunted for about an hour and a half before I had to head to the airport. Overall, not a bad day! Enjoy the sideways pics and HH!

I hear ya! Had my heart pumping a bit. If it weren’t for the broken grip showing that the insides are hollow, I’d still be a bit nervous around it.
