Hi, I just got a new detector for Christmas. It is a Bounty Hunter Tracker IV. When I turn the unit on, it doesnt make any noise and the indicator needle stays on 1. Even though the low battery indicator is not on, do I need new batteries?
I had a tracker as my first detector. I was able to find my first coin with it. A large cent!!! They also make a 10 inch coil that will fit it and get you a lot more depth. Hope this helps you! MERRY CHRISTmas
