Back to the Old Swimming Hole

Went out in the lake for the first time this year and got a 1940 Merc some clad and a surprise. I pulled this Key on a chain out of the scoop and thought it was just another lost key. Well I cleaned it up and looked it up on the web and found it was a little more than just another lost key.

Just look up "Made in Russwin USA" I love the old swimming hole :cool3:

Thanks for the positive comments guys. It was good to be back in the lake again. My detector went on the fritz shortly after finding the Russwin Key so I boxed it up to send back to Whites for an overhaul. I bought it new in 2010 and it has been great. So I should be back in business in 4-6 weeks. Good luck to all, Jim
