Found this over the weekend in a campground buried 6" under the gravel parking pad. The green cord is not wire, feels more like string trimmer line. The whole thing has me stumped. Any ideas?

Used electric or electronic blasting cap.
working at a rock quarry,
I've seen many of those already detonated ones, get hung up in the screen boxes that sift the gravel.
that one must've made it all the way from the rock quarry hauled out by a gravel truck to the camp ground.

Thanks! I wondered if it might be a detonator from explosives used to clear tree stumps from the campground sites, but couldn't find any references/pictures online to verify that theory. I'll see if I can find something based on your info. Didn't even think it might have come in with the gravel.
