Google Native American Hallmarks and there's a couple of sites that have hundreds of them to look through.

Its called a Pic Mark and I could not find the artist. Could be Hopi, Zuni, Navajo, Anglo or unnamed . Would sure like to see the front of the buckle.

Thanks for your help riveraiders60. I found out that the belt buckle piece is Jimmy Herald Navajo. I figured out the image that I posted is upside down. So I went ahead and looked at the letters starting at "J" and there it was. Would like to show you the front of the buckle but im having trouble adding the image and will try again.
