Any ideas what WAP stands for?

Its the size of a penny.

I think it could actually be "WAB", with part of the "B" cut off. WAB was the reporting mark for the Wabash Railroad.

I think you got it, makes sense WAB (Wabash). Was found just feet from the Old Wabash Cannonball Run in NW Ohio.

Wonder what the 13 means?
