I found this last year and like my other post, I am trying again at an id. 1 yr later. Maybe this time one of you guys will have the answer.
Pics do not show how intricate the detail is on this ring. It unfortunately is probably gold filled. But the hallmark says 18K.
My questions are
#1. Does that symbol just before the 18k mean its not solid gold. Or is this just another mismarked
fake?

#2 can anyone id the maker by the hallmarks? Maybe that will give me an age range. I dug it in a farm field where All My good finds have been 1800s -1920s

Can't really make out the hallmarks. They seem to be a sort of a football, and a crown of some type. No detail to them in the pictures.

Its just an oval (which I dont know if its a symbol used for rolled gold or gold filled. ) the gold is thick. More than just plating and it is definitely old. 100% certain its 1920s or older. 100%

After the oval 18k , it appears to be a W on a ▲ or a three pointed crown on a triangle.
I hope that helped. If not I can dig it out of a box and take a picture again
