Hi folks....
As I mentioned in my intro thread, I'm a transplanted TN hillbilly currently living in the Dominican Republic. I'll be back home visiting East TN much of July and looking for places to practice this newfound obsession. I'm certainly not asking anyone to share their secret locations, but if someone has any advice on public areas that are OK to search I'd love to hear it. I'd like to take my son out at least a couple/few times while we're there. I haven't lived in the area for 20 years, so I'm not up to snuff on current legalities, etc. I know TVA, NP, and much of the National Forest lands are off limits. I'll be in the Strawberry Plains/MASCOT (just NE of Knoxville) area, but would be fine driving most anywhere in East TN. Thanks ahead of time.
