Got permission today for this 1890 farmhouse. The overgrowth and junky ground will be a little tough but I'm looking forward to it.
What's up with the tipped back shed?

So I wondered if it was an outhouse, but then why no hole in the bottom of the flooring?Think I saw that place on one of those paranormal ghosts shows. Be sure to take extra Holy Water.
Ummm, that's not really a shed. Lot of thinking went on in there.

Lol them stains though...[emoji38]It's between the last two joist I presume, where the floor is not visible, but the back joist is discolored. Hopefully I didn mess up your breakfast [emoji38]
The style of the building, really didn't say john, to me. Again, the pit is just not deep enough, based on ones I have seen. Could the current owner possibly give you a clue ?
Outhouse or not.you should detect that spot, imagine what stuff could of slipped through those floor boards! But be careful of course!
The front porch looks promising also... wide gaps in those boards and accessible.
