Hallo again today.
Here I have some key. Its from place not so far from abandoned USSR military area - " cold war time " ... but maybe its nothing about military topic.
S here is it.. ( sorry from dark photos - when it will need I will make better )

Not sure being Russian, but reminds me of a handcuff key, at least in size, though the configuration is totally different than any I'd ever worn.....I mean seen

Thank you for tip, its not for sure from Russian, only it was found in Ex- russian area so there is some possibility of continuity but not with certainty :-)

Looks like a Story Book key.
From the 50's-60's in my area.
