To Much To Dig

Hi.. I am running a Ace350 at full down on sensitivity in Zero mode . I am getting a full signal , with the pinpoint built in , in the center of the coil running the full distance of the coil plus 8 inches in front and in back .. How can i get a further reduction with the built in pinpoint ? An almost 3 ft . line is to much to dig up .
