I got out for about an hour last night at a construction site I have been watching. I hit one of the Indian Heads on literally the first swing. 1900 is seven years before Oklahoma statehood. The nickel was in a pile of dirt at the end of the construction area where a new fire hydrant had been installed. I need to find out where the crew took all of the other dirt.
