Spent my day off detecting. Had a BLAST! hit the park in the morning, pulled a really sweet 14k ring! Headed to the fields, pulled a Largie, 2 wheat, and a broas bros new York civil war token! I was in detecting heaven today!

Bet someone is still crying over losing that ring , what a beauty , congrats
,,,,,HH

By the way...

Isn't that two dirt gold's in a row on two hunts?

Also, I'm thinking, both alone by themselves, beat out the $$ value of any of your other finds over the years..

Just crazy the odds to do that...

Edit, last three hunts... Frickin master dirt pirate!!!

Yep, it is crazy, but I'm not complaining. I never found land gold till this year! Hopefully the summer water fun is as kind

Thats certainly custom made with a Lindy star? Probably from the 60's era? What a beauty! Nice work!

Thank you, Yep, it's a lindy stone and not a real sapphire, it's a beauty! I love it!

... pulled a really sweet 14k ring! ....

Sheesk, that's a whopper !

But in case you haven't heard, east coast guys posting large cents: No longer qualifies for forum show & tell posts. Since you guys have so many largies, busts, colonial coppers, etc... brimming out of every sand box, forum rules dictate the coins must be older than 1750 now. So as to give equal standing to the west coast hunters ! Hey, what's fair is fair !
