Think you have to use something like TapaTalk to load pictures from mobile devices.

I am guessing that you are trying to send bigger file sized pics. I had to download a re-sizing app to get easy uploads.

Cool. It only takes a small reduction to get to a file size under 900kb. You'll lose a lot of detail if you go too low. I usually just do one down-size and see if it passes.
