A good friend of mine does home remodeling and handyman work. One of his clients owns a number of rental properties, and my friend asked the owner if it was ok for me to detect . The reply was have at it and have fun. Living in Tampa, so far it seems the only old sites to hunt are private property. This is my first success at getting permission. I am so psyched.....off Friday and have the permission for four homes that are vacant.
