The hunt season is over for Sue and I and it was an "OK" year. A hot summer and an early freeze reduced the number of hunts we did compared to other years but we still had a lot of fun.
Our combined clad totals were: 2931 coins......517 pennies, 112 nickels, 968 dimes, 1324 quarters, and 10 dollar coins for a total amount of $448.04. Additionally we dug 5 silver coins and 7 pieces of sterling, Sue dug a gold ring and her oldest coin was an 1801 Large cent. My oldest coin was a 1720's Spanish silver 2 real coin.
