Artifact or Rock?

It looks like tool marks around it to me as if it were knapped. I'm saying artifact. Cool find.
 
Looks like the rock has been worked similar to one of my scrapers(bottom piece). I marked the worked grooves on yours to compare, and the grooves really show as you roll the rock. Could be an unfinished tool, which I've found. Could be a piece that broke before completion and was discarded. Actually could have been purposed for a hide scraper with no need to work the other natural side if not necessary.

Wishful thinking, but it is just a piece form a bigger rock.
That is not even knappable.
If you are convinced it is an artifact I am willing to sell you gator loads.
 
Yeah, looks like a rock. Actually looks like quartzite. If you can't scratch it with a knife that's probably what it is.
