I just got in contact with JC at ARA. Yes they have been having phone issues. Not repaired yet. However, as of noon today all calls are routed to his cell phone. Phone to call is 972-620-6020

They are still in business and going strong. I hope this helps all.

No problem. I have been using them for lots of years. I believe in them and have sent them a lot of pull tabs and customers.

Do you get good melt value on the pull tabs? Is it 98% of spot, like for gold?

I don't know what they pay for gold. Never found any. Yes, they give me 98% of melt on pull tabs. Great company.
