What kind of jewelry is this?

Found in wet sand, no corrosion. Rung up at 2. 4.7 grams. Hollow.
Gold colored, but had a few specs of paint that flaked off easily. No markings. Acid tests 14k.
I scratched it pretty deep to try and uncover copper, but it doesn't seem to be plated.

I have no idea if this a form of jewelry. No broken studs for it to be an earring. No broken links that indicates it fell off a chain.

I can only guess it to be a ring.

Maybe some kind of gold colored aluminum?

Faux "piercing" nose ring. Prongs fit up inside the nose and it looks like you've got a pierced septum.

I can see that, but the gap it kinda big for my nose.
I have to really jam it up there to stay.

It's probably gold..

There is no such thing as gold color aluminum..

Brass can sometimes pass 10k acid, but not 14k..
