I took the Minelab Gofind 60 to Florida due to it's compact size.
Unfortunately, I was only able to hunt once on the beach for about 2 hours.
I dug just as many bottlecaps as coins, but that's OK.
Luckily I did get the coil over this 10 Karat beauty:D

that's just awesome and especially with that gofind. Looks like its a keeper of a machine for sure!!

It's that easy in Florida, just go to the beach, get the gold..

Well, for the last 6-7 years we have been visiting the in-laws in Naples, and I have found a grand total of 2 gold items. I am not much of a water hunter.

Nice gold score. The competition down here is fierce. I've seen up to five hunters on the same stretch of beach at one time. I'm a little further north in the Fort Myers area.

Thanks! only two hours on it, but it is great for travel.

She's a beauty!!! Would have loved to have found a small 10k on my trip to Florida. Well done!
 
A couple years ago I spent a week up the coast from Ft Myers. Spent a bunch of hours detecting and found one sterling ring and a few dollars in clad.

Congratulations on that nice find.

That 10K ring is definitely someone's keepsake. Say so in the ring. LOL
