Cured my lower back pain

I have always had lower back pain. Visits to chiropractor and all that. Since I started MD all the problems have vanished. I guess all the up and down fixed it. Even in the winter when theres no detecting I csn feel the back starting to act up, but now after a few months of digging, its all good again. Yea

My back pain went away too. Now I get sore knees.

I have always said that metal detecting is good exercise. I usually feel better after a day of detecting. I sometimes get a back pain but I believe that is because I probably have too much handing on my belt.

Yep. For me it's the knees and legs. They get stronger and less painful as I detect more. The trick is to not over-do it the first few times out.
