Found all of these in a field that once had multiple Native American longhouses.

I found what I believe to be two different rear sites to separate trade muskets. Hoping someone could confirm or deny. The "pointy" one looks awful similar to a type G trade musket rear site.

Next is a flat button with a design on the back. The front is completely smooth with cardboard like residue on it. I found a cardboard round the exact size of the button right next to it. Any information is appreciated.

Lastly, this odd mystery object. It looks like it could be some sort of tool or possibly a gun part.

I would appreciate any info I can get on these finds. Thank you very much!!!

That button with the design on the back was a coin before it was a button, design reminds me of a US 2 cent coin...

That makes sense! There are some lines running horizontally like the edge of a coin. Any idea why there was a cardboard like material on the front?

While I will agree that it looks like a coin turned into a button, It would not be a US two cent, the wreath is wrong, it looks foreign.

That is really strange that it looks like on the coin button the wreath design on the right is different than the left side.
It does actually look like the design on the 1/16 or 1/8 reale from mexico, both were copper coins, early to mid 1800's.
Just a guess, but maybe? How big is the coin button?

This is just a guess, but I wonder if it served as "padding", and the button had a fabric covering glued over it?

That's what I'm thinking. That would make a lot of sense. The button is also extremely thing so if it had a fabric covering it would be normal thickness

It's just a hair larger than a US penny. It's also extremely thin and there's absolutely nothing on the front. Totally smooth

The wreath does look extremely similar to those reales
